Filmmakers

Nested Cinema is looking to connect with filmmakers interested in exploring how their existing films could extend beyond the conventional screen. We aim to make the project’s creative tools, techniques and know-how available to as many filmmakers as possible, supporting them in developing spatialised versions of their work through elements such as dynamic lighting, spatial sound, multiple screens, projection and immersive media. Filmmakers at any stage of their career are welcome to express an interest, and we are keen to hear from people working across a wide range of styles, genres and approaches who are curious about what their films might become when the cinematic world is allowed to move beyond the frame.
